Our Event Packages


The Winery Tasting Room

12 guest seating capacity, 30 guest standing room capacity. The Winery Tasting Room may be rented during non-business hours Monday - Thursday 10:00am-7:00 pm, Friday 10:00am-3:00pm, Saturdays 9:00am-11:45am and then 6:00pm-8:00pm, Sundays 9:00am-11:45am and then 6:00pm-8:00pm at a rate of $35 per hour with a two hour minimum up to four hours.  A bartender will be available for your purchase of wine, water or soft drinks.  

A 50 inch flat screen TV is available for presentations, photo collages, etc., four bar top tables and the use of our rustic, covered porch.

A private wine tasting may be included for $7.50 per person with a requirement of a minimum of 10 tastings per event.  ID will be required to purchase wine and participate in tastings.  Included is the tasting of 4 select Raven Hollow Wines presented by a Raven Hollow representative  and a Raven Hollow Logo wine glass to take home.

Decorations, tables and chairs may be rented and set up in the winery.  The set-up and tear-down of the space must be completed during the rental time.

A non-refundable deposit of $35 is required to hold the date and the balance (including tastings, if desired) is due 7 days prior to the event.

For all our event packages, outside beverages are NOT permitted - as dictated by our strict liquor license - but outside ice is allowed.  We don't make the rules; we just have to follow them!  

Appetizers, sandwiches, deli salads, soups, desserts and custom decorated cakes can be purchased through our farm stand next door or through a private caterer of your choice though beverages, including water, must be purchased at the winery.  A private caterer may provide ice.

 


The Tent

Perfect for reunions, birthday parties and small weddings! Our Tent is located directly behind the winery and overlooks the blueberry fields of our farmstand next door is available from May 30 through October 15.  The tent may be rented during business or non-business hours from 10:00am-9:00pm Thursday through Sunday.  (20-100 guest capacity)

Included in the rental is our 60X30 open air-tent, 12 picnic tables, a stage (with an outlet) and a bartender (or 2 depending of the size of your party) who will be available outside for your purchase of wine, water or soft drinks.  The set-up and tear-down of the space must be completed during your rental time.  There is a port-a-potty and guests have access to the winery restroom.

If your party is 50 people or less, rate is $75 per hour with a 2 hour minimum up to 4 hours.  One bartender will be available outside for your purchase of wine, water or soft drinks.

If your party is 51-100 people, rate is $100 per hour with a 2 hour minimum up to 4 hours.  Two bartenders will be available outside for your purchase of wine, water or soft drinks.  Please make sure guests have ID available if they would like to buy wine.

 If a private caterer is used, they are responsible for supplying their own tables, ice, etc, though they may not supply any beverages.

The Whole Shebang!

150 guest capacity, perfect for weddings and large reunions! The Whole Shebang (the winery and open air tent) is available from 10:00am-9:00pm Thursday through Sunday, May 30 through October 15.  

Flat rate is $750 with a minimum of 4 hours up to 6 hours.  This includes the private use of the winery tasting room with a 50” flat screen TV, porch and 60X30 open air tent with 12 picnic tables, a stage (with an outlet) and up to 3 bartenders (depending on size of your party) who will be available outside and in the winery tasting room for your purchase of wine, water or soft drinks.  Make sure guests have ID available if they would like to buy wine.

DJ/band, party supplies, flowers, extra portable toilets and any other supplies are the responsibility of the renter and the set-up and tear-down of the space must be completed during your rental time. You may put up another tent, if desired, however you will be responsible for any costs associated with the rental and set-up of tent.  Tent and portable toilets may be set up the day before your event and then removed the day after.

If a private caterer is used, they are responsible for supplying their own tables, ice, etc, though they may not supply any beverages.  

Removal of garbage is the responsibility of the renter and/or caterer.

Use of Raven Hollow Winery and surroundings as a backdrop for pictures is permitted and we request permission from you and the photographer to use selected photos for our website.
